Our ice cream shoot was all about being super fun and colourful whilst being elegant, modern and chic. We got in touch with ‘Ice Baby’ Ice Cream Van which is the cutest retro van and from there, the shoot all came together. Our colour palette was inspired by ‘hundreds and thousands’ with candy pink, peach, baby blue, with pops of cherry red. We had colourful florals, confetti and some gorgeous golden evening light.
Concept
We centred the shoot around colourful confetti and the cutest vintage ice cream van. A fun and playful shoot whilst keeping a chic and stylish vibe. Cute ice cream kisses and golden hour. Hundreds and Thousand but in a stylish elegant way whilst keeping the fun!
Styling
When choosing the styling we wanted a bright pop of colour with a modern edge, we chose a casual groom attire with a white shirt and trilby. A simple white shirt, black trousers and a fedora hat for an effortless but fashionable look. For our bride we teamed a mini dress which was fun, playful and whimsical with some cute nude heels and some chic accessories.
The Bride
The bride a cute white shift dress from asos with cute ditsy embroidery, We added some stylish accessories from the fantastic Victoria Louise accessories with pearl hoop earrings and a stunning headband which finished off our beautiful brides outfit. Our brides hair was in relaxed and fun waves which were perfect for this cute shoot.
Florals
The flowers were bright, bold but elegant. Pink peonies and Tulips, they stood out against the dress and complimented the colourful confetti and ice cream van perfectly.
