Theme
The shoot theme of young love in the English countryside showed off a couple just married at a beautiful country estate, but with a more dramatic look and feel than the traditional ethereal countryside wedding.
Colour Scheme
The shoot colour scheme to play on the country and dramatic was an array of greens, black, a deep cornflower purple gold and an off-white to offset against all the dramatics.
Florals
The shoot concept and styling focussed on opulent greenery and the floral and greenery elements emulated the country fields. The bouquet and table runner was made to look as if it was just laid out after picking from the field, truly effortless.
Styling
The tablescape design brought together the rustic element of the venue and its surroundings and finished it off with a hint of elegance and sophistication with a touch of warm gold and dramatic black. The whole look was finished off with a simple and sophisticated stationary suite and a white, green and gold wedding cake to contrast against all the dramatic colours.
Inspiration
The historical, romantic and simply stunning rustic Lillibrooke Estate which is surrounded by beautiful gardens and open fields played host to this romantic countryside wedding inspiration shoot. A celebration of young love and the English countryside.
Bridal
The look for the bridal couple was inspired by the romance of the country estate. The groom’s look showed a modern take on a country wedding look and the bride’s look was centred around a very romantic lace bridal gown and for a pop of colour some green wedding shoes. Her look was finished off with romantic soft curls and an overall soft look to simply highlight her natural beauty.

Between South Event Specialists and Couple of London, a curated supplier list was put together of suppliers that not only offered a high standard of work, but also those whose style suited the shoot theme and where possible were local to the area.
