We caught up with Greig from the super cool hot air balloon bar; The Dispensary Bar to chat all things cocktails. Greig tells us about some popular wedding trends on the rise and has put together 3 cocktails perfect for signature Bride and Groom cocktails AND has included their recipes so you can try them yourself!
Tell us a bit about what you do...
We are a mobile cocktail bar that specialise in handcrafted liqueurs bitters and syrups and only using natural ingredients in our cocktails. We serve these craft cocktails from our unique hot air balloon stall. 

How did you get into the wedding industry? 
A keen interest in providing excellent customer service with an eye for unique offerings for events made the wedding industry a natural decision.

What's your favourite part of your job?
Creating different cocktails and combining unusual ingredients to make new flavours. 
Tell us about any wedding trends we should look out for...
DIY weddings are doing nothing but growing in popularity, we are stepping away from the time of a packaged weddings where change is minimal, we now have the option to have a pizza van serving pizzas, pakora and of course cocktails. Although there is a little more work in DIY weddings, they really are a stamp of the bride and grooms personalities and on the day the couple always seem more relaxed than normal traditional weddings. 

Tell us about any other wedding services you offer...
We offer from cocktails from arrival for both day time and evening guests to a full bar offering all drink offerings with a particular focus on products from small Scottish businesses.
